The Runnymede on Thames Hotel and Spa once again proved the perfect venue to host our evening of fun and fundraising at the lavish black tie event on Saturday 9 June.
The Ball, organised and introduced by trustee Jo Lightning, was a roaring success with a sell out capacity of 170 guests sitting down to a three course meal and a few celebratory glasses.
Ably compered once again by our patron Dan Wood, the traditional favourites of the raffle and Heads & Tails game were joined by no fewer than 22 amazing auction items which produced some heated bidding wars.
The evening concluded with dancing to live band Dakota and a fun time was had by all.
The event raised an incredible £13,000 which will help us support our growing membership and spread awareness and education of the procedure. Thank you to all our guests, helpers, bidders and donors for making it such a success.
